Tensor the action to elevate soft palate Innervation

Tensor veli palatini  (palatal muscles- action to elevate soft palate) and have the origin of the Sphenoidal spine, pterygoid process, and tissues around the auditory tube and Insertion is the Soft palate and they have the action to elevate the soft palate Innervation is the branches of pharyngeal plexus  Levator veli palatini (palatal muscles) they have the origin of the petrous part of temporal bone, tissues around the auditory tube and the insertion of the soft palate and the action to elevate soft palate Innervation are branches of the pharyngeal plexus  Stylopharyngeus they are laryngeal elevators and have the origin as the Styloid process of temporal bone and have the insertion of the thyroid cartilage and have the action to elevate larynx. Innervation is the branches of pharyngeal plexus  Salpingopharyngeus (laryngeal elevators) and have the origin of the cartilage around the inferior portion of the auditory tube and the Insertion of the thyroid cartilage and the action to elevate larynx Innervation is the branch of pharyngeal plexus  Palatopharyngeal of laryngeal elevators have the origin as the soft and hard palates and the insertion as the thyroid cartilage and the action to elevate larynx Innervation is the branch of pharyngeal plexus  Laryngeal elevators are assisted by the thyrohyoid, stylohyoid, geniohyoid, and hypoglossal muscles and have the action to elevate larynx Innervation is the branches of pharyngeal plexus  Pharyngeal Constrictor has the overall action to be able to constrict pharynx to propel bolus into esophagus and has the innervation as the ranches of pharyngeal plexus Inferior constrictor (pharyngeal constrictors) and have origin as the cricoid and thyroid cartilages of larynx and the Insertion as the median raphe and then have the action as they constrict pharynx to propel bolus into esophagus Innervation is the branches of pharyngeal plexus Middle constrictor (pharyngeal constrictors) and have the origin as the horns of hyoid bone and the insertion as the median raphe and then have the action to constrict pharynx to propel bolus into esophagus Innervation is branches of pharyngeal plexus  Superior constrictor (pharyngeal constrictors)and have the origin as the pterygoid process of sphenoid, medial surfaces of mandible, and the side of the tongue and then the insertion is the median raphe attached to occipital bone and they have the action to constrict pharynx to propel bolus into esophagus Innervation is the branches of pharyngeal plexus  Pharyngeal constrictor action is functioning to constrict pharynx to propel bolus into esophagus and the innervation is branches of pharyngeal plexus
