is a proper user of internet and can tell what it needs to promote e-govt. and
increase knowledge about the internet usage. He/she knows how to make access to
the govt. websites. He/she is a person living in between a public and he is
well aware of the needs about the people more accurately.HYPOTHESES GENERATIONThe hypotheses I generated from the
literature are :Hypothesis 1 : Adoption of e-govt.
